Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the RexGen website, marketplace, AI Website Consultant and digital services. Please read them before creating an account or requesting a product.

1.Introduction
RexGen ("RexGen", "we", "us" or "our") operates rexgen.store, a digital marketplace and web-services platform. Through the platform we make WordPress themes, plugins and Elementor template kits available, provide an AI Website Consultant that helps you plan a website and estimate its cost, and offer professional website development, SEO and related digital services.
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form an agreement between you and RexGen and apply to the website, the marketplace, your account, the AI Website Consultant, support conversations and any other service we make available through rexgen.store (together, the "Services").
2.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or browsing the website, creating an account, submitting a product request, using the AI Website Consultant, contacting support or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3.Eligibility
You may use the Services only if you are able to form a binding contract under the law that applies to you, and you are not barred from receiving the Services under any applicable law. The Services are intended for business and professional use and are not directed at children.
You are responsible for making sure that your use of the Services, and of any product you obtain through them, complies with the laws of the country you are in.
4.Account Registration
Browsing the marketplace and reading our content does not require an account. An account is required to request product files, to use the AI Website Consultant and to open a support conversation.
Accounts are created through Google sign-in, or with an email address and a password where that option is made available to you. You agree to:
- provide accurate and current information, including a working email address we can use to reach you about your requests;
- keep your sign-in credentials confidential and not share your account with others;
- accept responsibility for activity that takes place under your account; and
- tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
You may ask us to close your account at any time using the contact details at the end of these Terms.
5.Marketplace and Digital Products
The marketplace lists digital products for the WordPress ecosystem, including themes, plugins, Elementor template kits and WooCommerce-related products. Product names, screenshots, version numbers, vendor names and prices are shown for information and may change or be corrected at any time.
Unless a listing states otherwise, the products in the catalogue are created and maintained by third-party authors and vendors, not by RexGen. Availability of any particular product is not guaranteed, and we may add, update or remove listings without notice.
Prices shown in the catalogue are indicative reference values for the product concerned and do not by themselves create a contract of sale.
6.Product Access and Downloads
Product files are provided through a request-based flow rather than an instant automated checkout. When you submit a request from a product page, our team prepares the files for you and the platform then makes a download link available in your account.
- The preparation window shown in the interface is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery time.
- We notify you by email and through in-app notifications when your files are ready.
- Download links are time-limited and expire after the period shown with the request. Expired links can be renewed by submitting a new request for the same product.
- We record request and download activity — such as when a request was made, when files were delivered and how many times a link was used — to operate the service, support you and prevent abuse.
We may set reasonable limits on the number or frequency of requests in order to keep the platform available to everyone, and we may decline or cancel a request that appears to be automated, abusive or intended for redistribution.
7.Permitted Use
You may use the Services and the files you receive for your own projects or for projects you build for your clients, subject to the licence that accompanies each product. Many products in the WordPress ecosystem are distributed under the GNU General Public Licence or a similar licence; where a product includes its own licence terms, those terms govern what you may do with it.
You must not remove or alter copyright notices, licence files or author attributions contained in the files you receive.
8.Prohibited Activities
When using the Services, you must not:
- use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
- resell, sublicense, mirror or redistribute files obtained through the platform in a way that the applicable product licence does not permit;
- scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download the catalogue, or use automated tools to create accounts or submit requests;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other users’ accounts, administrative areas or the systems behind them;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the platform, or interfere with, overload or disrupt its normal operation;
- upload or transmit malware, or files that contain deliberately harmful or deceptive code;
- impersonate another person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
- submit content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, infringing or otherwise objectionable through the AI Website Consultant or support chat; or
- use the Services to build a competing catalogue or dataset.
9.Intellectual Property
The RexGen name and logo, the design and layout of the website, our written content, and the software that runs the platform are owned by RexGen or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers those rights to you.
Intellectual property in third-party products listed in the marketplace remains with their respective authors and vendors. Your rights in those products come from the licence supplied with each product, not from these Terms.
10.User Content
"User Content" means anything you submit through the Services: your profile details, the project descriptions and requirements you give to the AI Website Consultant, messages you send to support, and any other material you provide.
You keep ownership of your User Content. You grant RexGen a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process and use it for the purpose of operating the Services and responding to you — for example, to analyse a project brief, produce recommendations and cost estimates, prepare a quotation or answer a support message.
You confirm that you have the right to submit your User Content, and you agree not to include confidential information belonging to a third party, credentials, or personal data about other people that you are not permitted to share.
11.Payments and Requests
RexGen does not currently process card payments through an automated on-site checkout. Where a product or a service is chargeable, the scope, amount, currency, payment method and timing are confirmed with you directly before the work is carried out or the files are delivered.
Figures shown on the pricing and services pages, and any estimate produced by the AI Website Consultant, are indicative starting points based on the information available. They are not a binding quotation, an offer, or a final price. A binding price only exists once it has been agreed between you and RexGen in writing.
Unless stated otherwise, amounts are exclusive of any taxes, duties or bank charges that may apply to you.
12.Refunds and Cancellations
You may cancel a product request at any time before the files have been delivered by contacting us. Once digital files have been delivered and downloaded, they cannot be returned, and refunds are therefore handled on a case-by-case basis.
If a delivered file is defective, materially different from the listing, or cannot be made to work as described, contact us and we will look into it and, where appropriate, replace the file or agree another reasonable remedy with you. For development, SEO and other project-based services, cancellation and refund arrangements are those set out in the agreement covering that project.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you.
13.Third-Party Services and Links
The Services rely on third-party providers for functions such as hosting, authentication, database storage, email delivery and automated analysis. Our use of those providers is described in the Privacy Policy.
The website and our content may also link to third-party websites, documentation or vendor pages. We do not control those destinations, we are not responsible for their content, availability, products or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Your use of any third-party website is governed by that site’s own terms.
14.Availability and Service Changes
We work to keep the Services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Services may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, or events outside our reasonable control, including failures of third-party infrastructure.
We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services — including features, catalogue listings and the AI Website Consultant — at any time. Where a change materially affects requests you have already submitted, we will make a reasonable effort to tell you.
The AI Website Consultant produces automated analysis, product recommendations and cost estimates. Its output is generated by an automated system, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and is not professional advice. Please review it and use your own judgement before relying on it.
15.Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and all content, products and files made available through them are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements, that any product will be compatible with your particular hosting environment, theme, plugin combination or WordPress version, or that defects will be corrected. You are responsible for testing files and for keeping backups of your own website.
16.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RexGen will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to RexGen for the specific product or service that gave rise to the claim during the three (3) months before the event giving rise to it.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
17.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RexGen and the people who work with it from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses and reasonable legal costs arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, your User Content, or your infringement of the rights of a third party — including any breach of the licence terms applying to a product you obtained through the platform.
18.Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, if you breach these Terms, if your use creates a security, legal or operational risk, or if we are required to do so by law. Where circumstances allow, we will give you notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
You may stop using the Services at any time and ask us to close your account. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law — continue to apply afterwards.
19.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Services, our practices, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always shows when the current version took effect.
Where a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
20.Governing Law and Jurisdiction
RexGen operates from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them or the Services are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
The competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where the law that applies to you as a consumer gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere. We would always prefer to resolve a concern directly first, so please contact us before starting formal proceedings.
